So I wanted to post the recipe for the yummy meal that Jason cooked me the other night:

Lemon Herb Tilapia
Recipe Courtesy of the HEB Cooking Connection

Ingredients
4 Tilapia Filets
3/4 c Cookwell & Co. Olive Lemon Vinaigrette
2-3 tablespoons Herbs de Provence (bulk section!)
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 c parmesan cheese

Preparation
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Coat a 9×13 casserole with non stick spray.

Rinse fish fillets in cold water and pat dry. Season fish with herbs de provence and place in casserole dish and bake for 8 minutes. Pour vinaigrette over fish and spinkle with cheese. Return fish to oven and bake 5 more minutes. When done, remove pan and add butter to sauce around fish and wait until butter is melted.

  1. whoa. jason cooked. and that looks good.

oh and since ya’ll want them.
tip: shoot from a lower angle. get almost eye level with the food, and don’t use a flash, use natural light if possible, or a lamp or something from an angle.

    Sweet! Thanks!

The problem with not using a flash on our point and shoot is that it is nearly impossible to shoot a non fuzzy shot.

I think it may be time to bust out the mini tripod.

Did I just read that Jonny said that fish looked good? That’s a big deal, I just might have to try this soon for us!
