Asian Meatballs with Sesame Lime Dipping Sauce

These are pretty delicious (I actually have made them twice now, that’s unheard of!). They sound really weird, I know, but they are yummy. I served them with basmati rice drizzled with some of the sauce. They warm up nicely for lunch the next day too!

    jason, could you ever imagine dad eating this. You’re more exposed to different foods in 1 month with Beth, than we were for 16 years at home.

    :) I like food! I am thankful that Jason is willing to eat the things I make – I make some pretty crazy stuff sometimes. . .
