Plum and Red Wine Sorbet

This is one of my favorite sorbets – it tastes similar to spiced wine that you taste during the holidays. I am so glad plums are back in season. Yum!

    If I have some time this weekend…I really want to try this out in the new machine. The first thing we made…it wasn’t so good. Oh well.

    You’ll like it! It’s really flavorful and has a creamy taste to it even though there’s no milk or cream in it.
