A good friend of mine had a fun baby shower this past weekend and amidst the packing, I took some breaks to make a few little gifts. And let me tell you, they were much needed breaks! I had so much fun crocheting up these
baby legs and a newborn cluster hat (my second one). I also tried my hand at making something on her wishlist, called a latchy catchy to help make opening and closing the baby’s door much quieter.
And check out those new butcher block counter tops. . . Makes for some good photos!
















So these may be the project that pushes me into learning to crochet. I’ve fought against it because I don’t think I need to add another craft to my closet…but these are so incredibly adorable!
You know I’ll teach you! And crocheting is so much more accessible because you can do it anywhere – no sewing machine needed. It’s much easier to pull yarn out than to start cutting into fabric…
