I am a big fan of lettuce wraps. They tasty fresh but filling and typically have a nice balace of flavors and textures. These are pretty delicious (I actually have made them twice now, that’s unheard of!). They sound really weird, I know, but they are yummy. I served them with basmati rice drizzled with some of the sauce. They warm up nicely for lunch the next day too! Recipe for Asian Meatballs with Sesame Lime Dipping Sauce
