Pork and Potatoes

Tried this one last night and it was good. I love how cheap pork is but I hate that pork is not usually sustainably cared for. Oh the struggle! Well, with this dish, you REALLY have to like sage and rosemary but if you do, you’ll enjoy this one. Recipe for Buttermilk-Brined Pork Chops
